As you may be aware the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) came into full effect on 1st July 2021. With that in mind we would like to take this opportunity to assure you of our compliance with POPIA and inform you of certain measures. 

We will:

1. Only use your data for the purpose you gave it to us; 
2. Take all reasonable precautions and security measures to protect the integrity of your data
3. Ensure that all staff comply with our data architecture and security principles, policies, rules, standards and/or processes to the fullest extent practical. 
4. Ensure that your data is not accessed, used and/or altered by any persons other than those directly authorized to do so. 
5. If we become aware of any unauthorised access to your data ensure that you are notified timeously and given full details of the event. 
6. Ensure that upon the termination of any services provided by us to you, we will return and/or destroy any of your information confidentially. 

We will do our utmost to comply with the above and are taking additional measures as to ensure your full confidence in us including the appointment of an internal Information Officer and the engagement of Data Privacy specialists. 

If your personal information changes at any time or our records appear to be incorrect, please inform us immediately in order that we may update or correct our records accordingly.
